Customer Service

At Young London we take customer service very seriously. All our landlords and tenants are encouraged to provide feedback on all aspects of the process from first impressions (eg. our responsiveness, property marketing and viewings) to communication, contracts, inventories and property management.

The latest figures are from Feb 2012 and for the purposes of data collection our monthly periods run from 20th to 19th, so for the month of January the data would be run from December 20 to January 19.

For each question, tenants and landlords are asked to rate an element of service as either:
  • Excellent
  • Good
  • Average
  • Poor
  • Very poor

The resulting index score for each aspect of service is calculated as the percentage of responses which answer ‘good’ or ‘excellent’.

Recommendations

The pie chart displays the responses to the question “Would you recommend Young London”.

Of the respondents for Feb 2012 % would recommend us and 36% already had within a week of using our services.

Customer Satisfaction

Customers' overall experience index for Feb 2012 is 88%.
