Young Group’s portfolio management service provides clients with access to - and asset management of - property investments through a single point of contact. Young Group manages the entire investment process from sourcing the most appropriate opportunities through to financing (Young Finance), furnishing (Young Furnishing) and tenanting the property (Young London).
Young Group is the principal in most of the property that it sells into clients portfolios and also retains a number of units for its own investment portfolio. As the principal Young Group does not realise profits until completion and has transacted in excess of 1,700 property assets.
