About the Area:

N1 boasts a vast and diverse range of shops, bars, restaurants, entertainment and leisure facilities.  Popular high street shops can be found in the N1 shopping centre, which is located between Liverpool Road and Upper Street.  There are also plenty of more unusual shops to peruse, including a number of interior shops, clothing boutiques and antique shops.

Regeneration in N1 has centred around Kings Cross and continues under the auspices of King’s Cross Central which is a major redevelopment in the north of the area.  The arrival of many more hotels, restaurants, and cultural venues have made the area a cultural hub and there is also substantial business activity and residential accommodation.

With many newly built properties in the area, N1 offers a choice of quality, modern flats and apartments for those looking to rent or buy in the Kings Cross area.

Transport:

The Kings Cross area is extremely well connected, served by seven underground lines, (Circle, District, Hammersmith & City, Piccadilly, Metropolitan, Northern and Victoria Lines), as well as local and national rail services at Kings Cross and Kings Cross Thameslink stations.  The newly refurbished Kings Cross St Pancras station is the terminus for the Eurostar, bringing mainland Europe to within 2 hours of the capital.  It is also possible to catch a bus from Kings Cross to just about anywhere in London!
