Home–cooked Sunday lunch runs all day with a weekly changing menu comprising seasonal veg, traditional trimmings and a choice of usually two roasts. Located a stone’s throw from the old Young’s Brewery, all beer served here is Young’s with the Winter Warmer being a firm favourite. The Alma is a fine example of a beautiful Victorian pub with a cosy, inviting dining room that is the perfect antidote to the changing season.
